Our Post-Bidding Support Services for BDA E-Auction

Once a bidder successfully wins a plot in the BDA e-auction, we extend comprehensive, end-to
end support throughout the post-bidding phase — ensuring all documentation, formalities, and
registration processes are completed efficiently and without delays.

Services Offered

  1. Preparation of BDA Submission File
    We compile and prepare the complete BDA documentation file on behalf of the bidder,
    including the auction confirmation letter, KYC documents, payment proofs, and
    supporting paperwork required for official submission. The finalized file is submitted to
    the concerned BDA section and an acknowledgment is obtained.
  2. Site Cleaning & Official Marking Coordination
    Our team coordinates with the BDA Engineering Division to facilitate site cleaning,
    demarcation, and official marking of the allotted plot.
    This ensures that the physical boundaries of the site are clearly identified, verified, and
    documented.
  3. Grievance Handling & Liaison Support
    In the event of any irregularities or discrepancies during post-auction formalities, we
    assist in raising and resolving grievances with the appropriate BDA departments, ensuring
    smooth and timely resolution.
  4. Submission & Coordination with BDA Deputy Secretary’s Office
    On behalf of the bidder, we submit all required proofs and documents to the Deputy
    Secretary (Land Section) or relevant BDA officer.
    Our team ensures that the file is properly acknowledged, reviewed, and processed for
    further approval.
  5. Bank Loan Facilitation
    If the bidder opts for a bank loan, we assist in initiating and managing the loan process,
    coordinating between the bank and the BDA office for documentation, valuation, and
    disbursal.
    We also maintain tie-ups with multiple banks to offer flexible financing options.
  6. Sale Deed Drafting & Document Verification
    We prepare and review the sale deed as per BDA’s prescribed format, ensuring all details
    — such as plot number, bid amount, and buyer particulars — are accurate and
    compliant.
    We also facilitate Encumbrance Certificate (EC) verification to confirm the property’s clear
    title prior to registration.
  7. Registration Process Facilitation
    Our team coordinates the appointment scheduling for property registration at the
    respective Sub-Registrar Office (SRO), manages all paperwork, and provides on-site
    support during the execution of the sale registration.
  8. e-Khata Generation & Final Handover
    Following registration, we assist in the generation of the e-Khata, ensuring that the
    ownership is officially transferred to the bidder’s name.
    Finally, we hand over a complete documentation set, including the registered sale deed, e
    Khata, and EC, for the bidder’s personal record.

Service Charges

2% of the Final Bid Value.
(The ₹10,000 Pre-Bidding fee will be adjusted or waived off from this amount.)
