    We provide on-ground insights, capture photos and short videos of the surrounding area,
    and help assess the property’s accessibility and neighborhood conditions.
  3. Market Analysis & Valuation Support
    Using our internal database and local market intelligence, we conduct a comparative
    analysis of similar properties in the chosen area.
    This helps the bidder understand the prevailing market rates, potential appreciation
    value, and optimal bidding range.
  4. Application & Documentation Assistance
    We assist the bidder in registering on the e-procurement portal, preparing the required
    notarized documents, and submitting the e-auction application accurately.
    Our support ensures that all compliance requirements are met and the application is
    submitted within the official timelines.
  5. Live Bidding Support
    On the day of the auction, our experts handhold the bidder throughout the live bidding
    process—from login assistance to monitoring bid status and advising on competitive
    bidding strategy—ensuring confidence and clarity during participation.

Service Charges:

Flat ₹10,000 per application which shall be waived off in case of successful bidding.
